Psychological counseling is used to treat disorders, to feel better, but also to become stronger.
As a psychologist in private practice since 2004, I have developed a holistic and integrative approach to treating psychological problems. Inspired by Rogerian philosophy, I emphasize the well-being of my patients by helping them find answers, strategies, and strengths to overcome difficulties or disorders and become healthier, happier, stronger, and more effective.

Our approaches
A structured clinical approach focused on understanding emotional and behavioral mechanisms.
Individual therapy
As patient-centered psychologists, we tailor our therapy to your individual needs and challenges. Our goal is to guide you in finding your own solutions to cope with your difficulties. Empathy, understanding, active listening, analysis, and maintaining professional boundaries with the patient, along with a strong commitment to ethics, underpin all our therapies. Unconditional positive regard and genuine nature foster the development of the necessary trust, the key to successful therapy.
Couples therapy
Communication, parenting, work-life balance, finances, sexuality, leisure, and in-laws can make romantic relationships difficult and a source of stress or conflict.
This period of life can be more difficult and the couple may be in danger due to internal or external problems; it could be time to explore, readjust, transform, and adapt the dynamics of life with the help of a psychologist who will offer you a space to talk and reflect, as well as the advice and support you need.
Psychology courses
You can access courses on psychological topics supported by lectures, slideshows, videos, and/or PDF documents. You will find courses with theories and applied aspects on eating disorders, the psychology of and for athletes, developmental problems, behavioral disorders, the psychology of the elderly, and more.
Treatment of Eating Disorders
Sports Psychology
Dr. Matt Lacoste, a board-certified eating disorder specialist with the IAEDP (USA), has developed a novel treatment approach. A-Why Therapy focuses on the root causes of the disorder, recovery, and relapse prevention. With this approach, recovery and relapse rates are very high, significantly better than those of traditional therapies.
Dr. Matt Lacoste is an experienced sports psychologist; he has built and uses the GAPTAC model of sports counseling: a holistic approach to improve performance, maintain well-being, and treat problems or disorders.
Family therapy
Sometimes, family harmony diminishes or seems to break down. When a child is born, becoming a parent is a new challenge, and it isn't always easy. When your child becomes a teenager, conflicts or identity crises may arise. However, solutions exist to restore family harmony and well-being. With the help of your psychologist, you will use your abilities and strengths to gently find your way back to life.
Sophrology
Sophrology is a therapeutic technique that combines relaxation and mental imagery. The goal is to achieve relaxation, and through mental imagery, the psychotherapist can initiate therapeutic work. The relaxation is similar to Schultz's autogenic training and emphasizes deep abdominal breathing.
Psychological tests
You can take a psychological test (Rorschach test, personality test, intelligence test, etc.). Simply answer all the questions and submit your responses. You will receive your personal feedback and results confidentially.
